When the innovative agency BAS and Berghs school of Communication joined forces to launch the course Communication Design, we had the window of opportunity to test our idea regarding building a new basketball court/community center in the suburb of Tensta.

Building a space or center nowadays is largely about communication with the community. As today's real estate industry lacks that connection, we wanted to approach the challenge together with the students at Berghs and the creatives at BAS. We wanted to have a multidisciplinary approach to the creative process, design thinking, and urban planning.

During a couple of intensive days, the students came up with new innovative ideas around the challenge we presented. By putting together several teams with creative talents and ensuring a clear process with supervision, Berghs and BAS came up with various conceivable solutions and concepts for us to run with.
